Job Title 01: Digital Marketing/ Business Development Executive
We are a Bangalore Ed-Tech startup. We are looking for a serious candidate for handling company marketing needs, business operations, leads, sales, customers, coordinating meetings, events and someone who can travel frequently for marketing and client meetings. Someone who is confident, fast learner, multi tasker, travel enthusiast who can join immediately upon hiring.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Age: 18-35 years
- Freshers/ Experienced both can apply
- Male/Female both can apply, female candidate is preferred
- Qualification: Any Graduate/ Diploma/ Post Graduate
- Must be Fluent in Both English & Hindi Communications
- Ready to Work from Bangalore Office (It’s not WFH Job)
- Should able to Join Immediately/ Within a Week
- Ready to Travel Frequently inside/outside city as per company needs
- Basic Computer, MS Office, MS Word, Excel Knowledge
- Digital Marketing Skills – Well versed with SEO/ SMM/ Google Ads etc.
- Research, Operational, Project Management Skills to assist overall company works
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Various Projects of company with Full fledge Digital Marketing/ SEO (Onpage/ Offpage)
- Product listing on various platforms, Inventory Management like on amazon, flipkart etc.
- Maintaining Sales Records & Taking Care of all division business Leads, Sales, Customers
- Need to work on Offline & Field Marketing in various cities in case required
- Need to do Business Vendors, Client & Investor Meetings & Presentations & Closing up the deal
- Conducting Offline Seminars, Books Promotions & Events in Various cities
- Meeting with Various People in Educational Institutions like Schools, Coaching, Sports etc.
- Conducting Research (within skills and expertise) to assist with Sales & Marketing
Job Location & Working Hours:
HSR Layout, Sector-7, Bangalore
Mon-Sat, 6 days a week, 10AM – 7PM (8-9 hrs, flexible)
Salary & Benefits:
Starting Salary Rs. 25,000-50,000 per month + Incentives
(Yearly INR 3-6 lacs CTC) -depends on interview/ experiences

- Carrying out research for particular projects as requested by CEO
- Organizing corporate & staff events at different cities/ countries
- Coordinating company all Accounting work with CA help
- Traveling with CEO for company work in/out of city if required

Currently Factor Street offers any employee to be a part of our board of director or Co-Founder within 3 months period, if he/she proves himself/herself of capable of doing extraordinary things of the company.
Huge Incentive 25k per month & more
Factor Street have huge transparent Incentive system apart from regular fixed salary. Any employee can get incentive up to 25k per month. Co-founders & Business partners have no incentive Cap
On Time Salary
This is something we are punctual upon. We have our investors and fund always ready for our employee. Salary will be given at the last working day of every month. Unlike other company we never put salary on hold under any circumstances.
